Types of Funds
All are invited to a free seminar on Saturday, April 27 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. involving advance planning for important end-of-life issues from a Catholic perspective.
The free Circle of Life seminar has been designed to help keep you and your family from having to make difficult decisions on the fly, and offer your entire family peace of mind.
The Catholic Foundation offers several types of charitable funds to facilitate your giving. Our staff is available to discuss these options with you and help you select the fund type that best fits your needs.
It’s easy to establish a charitable fund at The Catholic Foundation. Our professional staff will guide you step-by-step through the process. Here’s how it works:
5 Easy Steps
-
Outline your personal philanthropic goals
-
Determine how much you wish to invest in philanthropy now and/or through a simple designation in a will or trust to establish a named charitable fund at the Foundation or a gift to the Foundations’ discretionary Philanthropy Fund
-
Name the fund and name the fund advisors
-
Work with a Catholic Foundation professional to determine investment and spending policies for the fund
-
Establish your fund with an initial gift and/or translate your charitable intentions into a lasting legacy through your will or trust
