Cafe Momentum & Society of St. Vincent de Paul North Texas Leaders Talk Organizational Effectiveness

Our spring Catholic Community Network panel featured highly successful nonprofit executives, Margaret Reid Windham, executive director of Cafe Momentum and Luis Gonzalez, CEO of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul North Texas.

These two nonprofit leaders with a strong history of success talked about organizational effectiveness and helped attendees learn ways for their own nonprofits to thrive using different staffing and engagement models.

In the case of Café Momentum, they have worked with more than 1,000 youth through its paid internship program dating back to 2015. St. Vincent de Paul works with more than 800 volunteers to offer direct aid to people in need across nine counties in North Texas.
