Investment Committee Letter About Fund Change

RE:   Fund of The Catholic Foundation

The Investment Committee of the Board of Trustees of The Catholic Foundation reviewed our asset allocations and performance of the underlying investment managers at the November 2019 committee meeting.

It was decided to transfer the domestic equity assets from Vanguard Total Stock Market Index to Christian Brothers Investment Services Core Equity Index.  Aside from both managers having similar performances over the past couple years, this change is in line with our Investment Policy Statement which states that the Foundation strives to invest according to Catholic ethical guidelines and principals.

This change is relevant for the Conservative, Balanced and Growth pools.

The assets were transferred at the end of December 2019.
