More Than $850,000 To Be Awarded During Nov. 22 Grant Ceremony

Each spring and fall, The Catholic Foundation provides grants to organizations that meet the physical and spiritual needs of the Catholic community throughout the Diocese of Dallas and the region. The fall award ceremony will take place Friday, November 22 at 11 a.m. at past grant recipient, St. Gabriel the Archangel Catholic Community in McKinney, as grants are awarded to North Texas churches, schools and community organizations.

Seeking a Spring 2020 Grant? Letters of Intent are Due Nov. 21

To streamline our grant application process, we introduced a new step last spring known as a Letter of Intent (LOI) that enables grant seekers the opportunity to share project summaries before submitting a full grant application. This helps us determine whether organizations and projects are of interest and eligible for grant consideration.

"Saint Peter's Fish" Wins Annual Art Competition

We celebrated our “A Year On The Plaza” art dedication and unveiling Oct. 16 in the heart of the Dallas Arts District. Congratulations to North Texan Kimberley Peterson, our 2019 art competition winner for her piece "Saint Peter's Fish" that will be on display for one year at The Catholic Foundation Plaza in the Dallas Arts District.

Joe Dingman Named 2020 Catholic Foundation Award Honoree

Joe Dingman, a successful Dallas-based real estate investment manager, has been named the 38th Catholic Foundation Award honoree. Joe will be recognized for his Christian example and significant impact made during the past three decades to provide access to affordable housing in the Dallas area. On February 1, 2020, Joe will be honored during The Catholic Foundation Award Dinner at the Hilton Anatole Hotel.
